I loved to have a time in Venus cafe because I can have precious time to eat excellent sweets and coffee in Venus. However, I never understand why they allowed someone to smoke inside of Cafe. This is bat attitude for not only café customers but also who want to buy and take away their delicious patisserie. All smoke affect to sweets inside of Venus. They have to ask café customers who want to smoke, to seat outside. If cafe Venus continue to allow to smoke inside of cafe, unfortunately we never purchase their sweets.

It is a place you can trust, with very professional staff, wide range of products, fresh and delicious products. The employee also offered refreshments. Photos are a very small part of the content. I didn't take it so as not to disturb the customers. I bought a kilo of dry cake. Prices are also affordable.

Unfortunately, they could not pass the class in online ordering. Even though I ordered the chocolate piece cake 4 days in advance, the chocolate pistachio cake arrived. And of course, considering that this happened on my son's birthday and that he has a peanut allergy, it wasn't very pleasant. Fortunately, my guests were understanding and I persuaded them to buy a cake for my son from somewhere else. Also, even though I paid online, the invoice they sent said payment by credit card. Fortunately, the employee was understanding, I showed the expenses from my card statement and he politely apologized. The delivery time was delayed by exactly 1.5 hours. Venus failed me in this order.
